Privacy Policy

Daily Dazzles ("Daily Dazzles", "we", "us") is a service operated by [CONFIRM: legal entity, e.g. Beaverise Inc.] that helps brands research, generate, and publish social-media content. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: ibrahim@beaverise.com.
Information we collect
- Account & organization data: your name, email, password hash (or Google sign-in identifier), and the organizations, brands, and team members you create.
- Brand content you provide: websites, documents, logos, images, and text you upload or paste so we can generate content for your brands.
- Generated content & activity: the posts, images, and videos our engine produces, plus a log of actions and credit transactions in your account.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and plan status — not your card number.
- Connected platform tokens: when you connect a social account (e.g. Instagram), we store access/refresh tokens to publish on your behalf, encrypted at rest.
- Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus standard server logs (IP, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To operate the service: authenticate you, generate and store content, and publish to platforms you connect.
- To meter and bill credits and subscriptions.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and debug problems.
- To communicate about your account (transactional email such as invites and receipts).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your brand content to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to generate your requested output.
Third parties we share data with (processors)
- AI providers (Anthropic, and via OpenRouter, model providers) — to generate text, images, and video from your prompts and brand data.
- Stripe — payments and subscription management.
- Hosting & database (our cloud host and a managed Postgres provider) — to run the service and store your data.
- Social platforms you connect (e.g. Meta/Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest) — only to publish the content you direct us to publish.
- Search/research (e.g. Tavily) — to fetch public information for content research.
Each processor receives only the data needed for its function.
Retention
We keep your account and brand data while your account is active. You can delete posts, avatars, and brands in the app. When you close your account we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records (e.g. billing) to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by using the app or emailing us. Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK, California) you may have additional rights; we honor valid requests. To delete connected-platform data, disconnect the platform in the app or contact us.
Security
Passwords are hashed, platform tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is scoped per organization. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of material breaches as required by law.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new effective date here and, for material changes, notify you.
