Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Daily Dazzles, operated by [CONFIRM: legal entity, e.g. Beaverise Inc.] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Daily Dazzles researches, generates, and (where you connect accounts) publishes social-media content for the brands you manage. Features, credit costs, and plans may change over time.

Accounts & organizations

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your organization. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harassing content, or content that violates a connected platform's policies.
• Don't impersonate others or misrepresent authorship in a way that deceives.
• Don't attempt to breach security, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any material you upload (logos, product images, a person's likeness for avatars/portraits) and for the content you publish.

Credits, subscriptions & refunds

• Generation actions consume credits at the rates shown in the app. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance.
• Subscriptions grant credits each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled via the billing portal. Credits roll over per the terms shown at purchase.
• Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins; you may cancel to stop future renewals.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the brand materials you upload and, as between you and us, of the content our engine generates for you. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and publish that content to operate the service. We may use aggregate, de-identified usage data to improve the service.

AI-generated output

Output is produced by AI models and may contain errors. Our engine renders text and numbers deterministically to reduce mistakes, but you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, especially claims, figures, and regulated statements. We make no warranty that output is accurate, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

Third-party platforms

When you connect a social platform, your use is also subject to that platform's terms. We publish only what you direct, but we are not responsible for platform availability, rejections, or policy actions.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and the effective date updated. These Terms are governed by the laws of [CONFIRM: jurisdiction], and disputes will be resolved there. Contact: ibrahim@beaverise.com.
